Sales Support Rep Analyst

The Sales Support Rep Analyst position will expose the successful candidate to many facets of Asset Appraisal Services’ business. The skills learned in this role will establish a solid foundation for career growth and it is expected that the candidate be receptive to new responsibilities and opportunities. Tasks range from customer service to data entry and quality control, the creation of marketing materials and the ability to liaise with our field staff on a daily basis. Qualified applicants should be organized, thrive under a deadline, handle themselves well on the phone and in front of clients, and be able to manage multiple tasks at once. Familiarity with basic computer software applications and strong communication skills required. The ideal candidate will adapt well to the ever-changing needs of our customers and be able to balance detail oriented tasks with an ability to see the larger picture.

Impact of the position:

  • Answer all customer queries efficiently, politely, and directly
  • Liaise with a large field staff on a daily basis
  • Establish mastery of all AAS internal software and systems
  • Strong familiarity with relevant customer platforms
  • Handle incoming inspection and appraisal requests
  • Route field staff on weekly basis, balancing efficiency and customer priorities
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Competently handle incoming requests from new customers, selling the business as necessary by demonstrating knowledge of all aspects of AAS offerings

Inspection Report Coordinator

Quality Controller

The Inspection Report Coordinator position requires maximum attention to detail. As the last line of defense ensuring the quality of each inspection report – the core service offering of the business – the candidate must be accurate, thorough, and precise. The ideal candidate will be a strong problem solver, sure-footed in analyzing small details and identifying issues and inconsistencies in reports coming in through a variety of channels from a variety of sources.

Impact of the position:

  • Evaluate the accuracy of each inspection report by comparing photographs of the equipment and ECM downloads with the condition assessments recorded by the field inspector
  • Verify key equipment data (specifications, serial number / VIN, hours / miles, machine-level and / or emission-related certifications, etc.) for typos and other inaccuracies
  • Ensure that “wordsmithing” of comments and other text is consistent across reports
  • Communicate with field inspectors regularly for purposes of training and use automated system to assist with the evaluation and final posting of report
  • Provide feedback regarding field inspector performance
  • Participate as necessary in the investigation and resolution of disputes
  • Perform inspections in the greater Omaha area as necessary
  • Provide training for new inspector hires both in the office and in the field
  • Achieve productivity and quality performance requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Who you are:

  • High school diploma required
  • Computer literate with good command of Microsoft Office
  • Detail oriented, with relentless attention to detail
  • Mechanical aptitude, including a working knowledge of class 8 trucks, construction, agricultural, and material handling equipment
  • Completion of relevant technical course(s) a plus
